Freeport – The Rotary Club of Freeport will again host the Fourth of July parade for the town of Freeport . The theme for this year's parade will be Stars and Stripes. The club hopes the greater community will consider participating in some way.
The parade will begin at 10 AM on July 4 at the Freeport Middle School on Kendall Lane , and proceed down Main Street past Bow Street toward the end at Public Safety building on West Street . Parade formation will begin at 8:30 AM at the Middle School. All bands, individuals, groups, businesses are encouraged to participate in the parade with floats, costumes, decorated bikes, antique vehicles, etc.

July 4th, 2004 float. This year's float will be a theme float - Pure Water for the World. The idea is to encourage support for a program that brings clean filtered water to mountain villiages in Honduras.
